Takesue-Tokyo-Premium's SHIO-SOBA (salt Ramen) 800 yen is the same price as Syouyu SOBA (soy-sauce Ramen) 800 yen, both are Chicken transparent soup soup.
In salt ramen Yoshiomasu's SHIO-SOBA (salt Ramen) has 880 yen, but since this is Chicken white Soup and Yashiomasu, the impression of the taste is totally different.
Noodles are fine noodle. Hardness is moderate.
SHIO - SOBA (salt Ramen) is not as sharp or flavorful as Sauce of Syouyu SOBA (soy - sauce Ramen).

I think whether people like Syouyu SOBA (soy - sauce Ramen) or SHIO - SOBA (salt Ramen) likes each
I personally like Syouyu SOBA (soy - sauce Ramen).
Three types of meat

竹末東京プレミアムの塩そば800円と肉玉丼(玉子抜き)他を食べてみた記録。
竹末東京プレミアムの塩そば800円は醤油そば800円と同価格であることと、どちらも鶏清湯のスープだ。
塩ラーメンではヤシオマスの塩そば880円がありますが、これは鶏白湯とヤシオマスなので味の印象はまったく異なる。
麺は細目の麺。硬さは適度。
塩そばは、醤油そばのタレほど香りや味で尖ったものは無い。
どちらかといえばごくごく飲めるスープ。
醤油か塩の何れが好みかは人それぞれだと思いますが私的には醤油が好きかな。
具は肉三種
チンゲンサイと穂先メンマ、タマネギ、スプラウトなど
穂先メンマは「塩そば」か「ヤシオマスの塩そば」に使われているだけで他の具はその他のラーメンと共通の具。
欲をいえば、塩ダレか油にもうちょっとインパクトが欲しかったかなという味でした。
肉玉丼を玉子抜きで注文しているのは、温泉玉子が苦手なだけです。
黄身だけ半熟の味玉はわりと食べれるのですが、生卵とか白身まで半熟の温玉は苦手なもので。
肉玉丼は刻み海苔が乗っていることと、細かな肉と、刻みネギが入っている。
味付に醤油ダレがかけられている他、丼のふちにわさびが添えられている。
肉玉丼は、これだけでも美味しい。
この日のデザートは昨日のデザートと同じ味さくらミルクティーな味でした
全て食べ終えてほぼ満腹。
