Thin noodles version of Sanma and squid's Mazesoba eaten feedback
The difference in texture between noodles and usual big noodles is interesting because of thin noodles
Chilled in cold water neatly with Crunchy texture even thin noodles
Paste is easy to get involved, but the difference with Big noodles is completely up to you which one you like best
The ingredients are saury paste and squid sweet ingredients
Vegetables are salmon, bok choy, menma etc
All are moderately delicious
There are two types of meat. It was roast beef and minced meat.
A soup that will be served late
I think the sauce is soy sauce sauce
I feel a thick fat
The soup was with anchovy (katakuchi-iwasi), but the taste and taste of boil (Niboshi) felt weak.
Sauce I got a lot more poured, but the change is weak.
Maybe the flavor of the oil was too strong.
We ate on the TAKANA table-top, and finished eating.

細麺バージョンのサンマとイカのまぜそば食べた感想
麺が、細麺ということでいつもの太目な麺との食感の違いは面白い
細麺でもきちんと冷水でしめられており、コリコリ食感がたのしめる
ペーストなども絡みやすいのですが、太麺との差はどちらが好きなのかは完全に好み次第
具は、サンマのペーストとイカの甘めな具
野菜が、葱・青梗菜・メンマなど
どれも適度に美味しい
肉は2種類。ローストビーフと鴨肉でした。
スープについて終盤にそそいでもらうスープ
タレは醤油ダレと思う
脂が濃いめに感じて
スープはカタクチイワシとのことでしたが煮干しの風味や味は弱く感じた。
タレもう一杯注いでもらったのですが変化は弱く。多分油の風味が強すぎたのかね。
卓上の高菜突っ込んで完食した。
